The BIG RIVER PLAN is designed specifically for our commercial customers to provide a worry free and pest free work area using an integrated pest management technique.  This allows us to protect your building and health by applying only the necessary chemicals, while being proactive to prevent pest problems.  Any problem that would arise between scheduled services and that is covered by this plan will be handled at no additional charge.

The BIG RIVER PLAN service structure includes 5 scheduled services. The first service can start at any month and continue accordingly:

1) Spring / Summer / Fall Service – Exterior treatment with liquid and granules, interior treatment, de-webbing, monitoring, rodent control as needed and any interior or exterior exclusion with foam, caulking or other.

2)  Spring / Summer / Fall Service – Exterior treatment, de-webbing, monitoring, rodent control and interior spot treatment as needed to problem areas.

3)  Spring / Summer / Fall Service – Exterior treatment, de-webbing, monitoring, rodent control and interior spot treatment as needed to problem areas.

4)  Spring / Summer / Fall Service - Exterior treatment, de-webbing, monitoring, rodent control and interior spot treatment as needed to problem areas.

5)  Winter Service – Inspections, monitoring, interior or exterior exclusion with foam, caulking or other, rodent control and interior spot treatment as necessary.

The BIG RIVER PLAN covers – the 25 most common pests.
Cornfield Ants, Field Ants, Honey Ants, Odorous House Ants, Pavement Ants, Crazy Ants, Yellow Jackets, Mud Wasp, Paper Wasp, Brown Banded Roach, German Roach, Oriental Roach, American Roach, Millipedes, Crickets, Firebrats, Silverfish, Box Elder Bugs, Earwigs, Pill Bugs, Ground Beetles, Sow Bugs, House Spiders, Mice and Rats

The plan DOES NOT COVER – Termites, Wood Destroying Insects, Carpenter Ants, Flying Insects or Brown Recluse Spiders.

Any pest can be added to this plan and the price adjusted according to the type of pest and the severity of the problem.

Payment Options – (1) 5 equal payments in a year paid at time of service or before (2) Charge with approved credit application net 30 days (3) Pay 100% of the plan up front and receive a 5% discount.
